Project Management
GLP can provide complete engineering, procurement and construction management services (EPCM), and has significant experience in remote project execution, construction and commissioning.
Debottlenecking & Revamps
Over the past several years, GLP has executed several projects involving the debottlenecking of existing plants. GLP’s knowledge and experience has delivered increased plant capacity within existing plant footprints which in turn has been well received by our clients.
Process Modelling & Simulation
GLP employs the latest process design software such as Aspen (Hysys), Promax, Solidworks and specialist licensed software to perform simulations of complete process systems. The performance characteristics of complete systems such as columns and separators as well as specialist internal features are verified using 3-dimensional modelling such as Computational Fluid Dynamics.
Plant Troubleshooting
GLP provides 24/7 support and troubleshooting of existing plants and equipment operation. GLP’s competent and experienced engineers are available for troubleshooting of process equipment, skids or plant as required by our customers. GLP has received accolades from customers for providing timely and accurate resolution of plant performance based issues.
