Hydrogen Generation / Compression / Purification

An incorrectly maintained and operated hydrogen plant poses a major risk to safety of plant owners, operators and the surrounding community. More than likely they will also be operating at less than peak efficiency. Potential hazards could involve: fire; explosion; and mechanical problems.

At the very least, incorrect maintenance may result in injury to personnel, fires, or expensive equipment damage, and at worst, loss of life.

GLP’s engineers are experienced at performing audits of hydrogen plants and are able assess their ongoing efficiency, health and viability. By carrying out a Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) they can trouble shoot existing problems and make recommendations where necessary.
